Face-to-face
£60 a session.
(Plus travel costs if outside 50 mile radius)

Each coaching session lasts 45 minutes.

In addition we also provide:

• Free unlimited email support between sessions
• Free short phone calls between sessions

The average coaching required are between 2 and 8 sessions depending on your requirements.
