2. Say something nice in a kind and loving way to your partner every day- pay them a compliment, make them feel appreciated.

3. Never go to sleep after an unsettled argument- Not clearing the air, only makes it worse, start the morning happy!

4. If you say or do anything wrong, admit it and ask for forgiveness and mean it- It is not a sign of weakness, but great strength.

5. Don’t bring up the past like saying “your never” or you “did this”- The past is the past and its gone, move on from it.

6. Don’t judge or criticise- If they have a weakness you want to highlight do it in a loving and respectful way, no one is perfect.

7. At times let your partner win. Having a mindset of always being right allows for no room for love to grown.

8. Never yell at each other- helps no one.

9. Don’t get angry at the same time- If you have any conflict, listen to your partner, talk to them without your emotions being carried away.

10. Express love every day to your partner, so they can receive it gratefully and enjoy the moment.
